Driving Directions

Our women’s-only residential center is located at 19 Wainscott Ave, Winchester, KY 40391.

When coming from the northwest, head east on W Main St, and pass Galvin’s restaurant on your left, and in a half mile after that, pass Cravens & Lewis Jewelers on your right. In 0.5 miles, continue onto Paris Rd/Paris Pike, and then in 0.8 miles, merge onto I-75 S. In around 14 miles, keep left at the fork to continue on I-64 E. Then, in 13 miles, take exit 94 for KY-1958/Van Meter Rd. In 0.3 miles, turn right onto KY-1958 S/Bypass Rd, and in 0.2 miles, turn left onto W Lexington Ave. In 1.7 miles, make a left onto Wainscott Ave and after about 300 feet, we’ll be on your right.

Our outpatient center is located at 2647 Regency Rd, #101A, Lexington, KY 40503.

Coming from the north, head south on N Broadway, and pass Thai Garden on your right, after which in about a mile, pass Tres Amigos of Georgetown on your left. In 0.4 miles, continue onto US-25 S/Lexington Rd, and in 8.6 miles, turn right onto KY-4 W. In 8.6 more miles, take exit 19 toward Nicholasville Rd. Then, in 0.2 miles, keep left at the fork and turn left onto Nicholasville Rd in about 150 feet. In 0.3 miles, turn left toward Toronado Rd, and make another left in 0.2 miles onto Regency Rd. In about 500 feet, you’ll find us on your left.

After you leave our live-in facilities, you can take advantage of our intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment to continue building your skills, while getting a taste of what life may look like on your own. IOP lets you take part in our in-depth individual and group therapies during the day, and in the evening stay at your sober living or personal residence.

To ease you into sobriety and prevent relapse, we have inpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) at our Winchester location, and intensive outpatient MAT with Lexington Suboxone Doctor at our Lexington center. This option helps curb uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms of opioids with Suboxone, or prevent the effects of a certain substances like alcohol using Vivitrol. Our specialists will work with you to decide which MAT choice is right for you.
